The Herbarium at the Royal Botanic Gardens,
Kew is one of the largest repositories of preserved plant specimens in the
world, and one of the most relevant scientific institutions for African botany.
The Buffelskloof Herbarium has enjoyed informal co-operation with Kew for many
years but, now a more formal Memorandum of Understanding between our two
organisations has been signed, thereby strengthening the flow of scientific
information between Buffelskloof and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
